The Barbados Renewable Energy Association hosted on Wednesday January 23rd, 2019 its first Membership Forum for 2019 in conjunction with its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The event which was held under the theme, “From Policy to Implementation: The Path Towards 100% Renewable Energy Barbados!” was the Association’s first membership activity for 2019 and marked the start of the Association.

The key note address which was delivered under the above theme was facilitated by none other than German Professor Olav Hohmeyer author and architect of the 100% Renewable Energy Barbados Initiative which was commissioned by the Central Bank of Barbados and the Barbados Renewable Energy Association in 2014.
